We’re excited to add to our growing portfolio in England this month as we begin work on a fresh project in Northampton.  Midlands Logistics Park is one of the biggest logistics opportunities in the UK.  Its strategic location on the A14 in Corby allows access to both the East Coast Ports, and the Midlands / South East markets.

Our brand new machinery is carrying out the enabling works package for the development consisting of 6 distribution units totalling 4,600,000sq ft.  The Midlands Logistics centre in Corby, will incorporate end-user offices, welfare and amenities.

NSC-UK Ltd works being undertaken include:

• The complete enabling works package
• Deep drainage
• Installation of service ducting
• Installation of kerbing
• Road preparation

The initial phase of the work means we will be on site for 37 weeks.
