The project consists of the following

Construction of a new 1300 sq foot sports hall, multiple muga pitches, a new car park, demolishing of the existing sports hall and new sports fields constructed on the footprint of the old sports hall.

Our Brief involves:

• Site clearance in preparation for the piling rig.
• 6000 m3 reduce level dig.
• Foundations with bolt settings.
• Preparation and pouring of a 1300 sqm concrete structural slab.
• Internal and external Foul and storm drainage.
• Installation of 269 m3 attenuation tank.
• Installation of a full retention by pass separator.
• All external services including installation of street furniture.
• Construction of all car parks and adjoining roads including all blacktop.
• Construction of the Muga pitches.
• All kerbing and 1300 sqm of block paving.
