We were delighted to support the annual charity golf event hosted by our client VolkerFitzpatrick in memory of their colleague Paul Lane. 

The event was held at Birmingham’s Belfry PGA Golf Course, with numerous teams playing 18 sponsored holes. The tournaments participants were made up of VolkerFitzpatrick’s suppliers, customers, staff and subcontractors. Four of our employees went along to support the event.  Players tried to ‘beat the professional golfer’, and our very own Stuart took home the best score of the day trophy!  Fantastic result for him!

An amazing £22,331 was raised in aid of CRASH – Construction Industry’s Charity – which exists to deliver meaningful social impact to communities across the UK by helping homelessness charities and hospices with vital construction projects.

Blessed with sunshine, everyone had a great time playing golf and enjoyed the craic in the evening as well!  We are already looking forward to next year.
