Demand for wind energy is rising fast as the world shifts to renewable sources of electricity. To meet this demand, manufacturers are building ever-larger turbines, with some blades reaching up to 80 meters in length to achieve greater efficiency.

We are thrilled to be involved in this industry-leading infrastructure project in Hull, to deliver two wind turbine blade manufacturing facilities and repurpose an existing factory.  Our brand-new Hitachi ZX135-7 & ZX225-7 machines offer greater fuel efficiency, combined with lower carbon emissions and will be breaking new ground on this site next week. We are looking forward to seeing the works progress over the coming months.  The initial phase one of the project will include pre-cast piling, drainage and foundations.
