The Project – The civil works consist of the following: installation of drainage below ground – 150 mm dia. to 450 mm dia., linear channel drainage, manholes and attenuation tanks; installation of all external services and pits; earthworks; cut and fill on site 4,100 mᶾ – hazardous and non-hazardous muck off-site 3,741 mᶾ.; construction of retaining walls; construction of roads 4,100m² – construction of permeable carparks 1,100 m² – construction of MUGA 3,400 m² – construction of block paving 1,000 m²; landscaping – import all topsoil, cultivate and plant to all areas; installation of street furniture and signage.
